People's Party of S. Korea Criticizes Regime's Deceptive Step

Pyongyang, February 4 (KCNA) -- The People's Party of south Korea held a press conference at the "National Assembly" on Jan. 31 criticizing the regime's deceptive "modification" of minimum wage system, according to the south Korean internet paper Jaju Sibo.

Speakers there charged that the chairperson of the minimum wage committee who should speak for millions of minimum wage workers is going to retrogressively modify the minimum wage system.

Noting that 20 percent of the minimum wage workers are women, they said the retrogressive modification is little short of killing them twice.

They urged the regime to make finance necessary for the minimum wage hike by decreasing the aid fund for the conglomerates in order to realize true minimum wage hike.
