Stamp Exhibition Opens
Pyongyang, February 10 (KCNA) -- A collection of Korean stamps was displayed at the Korean Stamps Museum and the Korean Stamp Exhibition House on Saturday on the occasions of the 76th birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il and the 30th anniversary of naming of immortal flower Kimjongilia.

On display at the exhibition halls are photos reflecting stamps bearing the portraits of smiling President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.

Hundreds of kinds of stamps under the themes of "Sun of Mankind" and "Sunny Smile" comprehensively deal with the revolutionary career of Kim Jong Il who rose up as the bright star over Mt Paektu and provided a solid foundation for accomplishing the human cause of independence, the socialist cause.

There are stamps portraying immortal flower Kimjongilia and gift plants.

Some stamps deal with the stirring reality of the country in which a great heyday of prosperity is opened up and all the wishes of the people come true under the guidance of respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.

The exhibition will last until Feb. 18.
