The world clearly sees who is a real harasser of peace going frantic across the Korean Straits, holding daggers of confrontation in mouths, not content with spraying ashes at the other's event to disturb stability on the peninsula.

Their imprudent ambition would invite an irretrievable disaster to the island country.
