The representative of the Minju Party on Feb. 7 condemned the court for having issued a ruling to set free Vice-President of Samsung Electronics Ri Jae Yong after sentencing him to punishment for mere form's sake.

The Peace and Justice Commission of the Council of Christian Churches contended it can not but ask the court bench for what reason only evidences proving crimes of Ri Jae Yong lose their effect.

Rejecting the court bench for crudely violating the spirit of the candle-light demonstrations to abolish the evil doings, the organization declared that the people can no longer trust the judiciary authorities.
