U.S., Japanese Authorities' War Threat Ruckus Slammed in S. Korea
Pyongyang, February 13 (KCNA) -- A Taejon promotion committee composed of civic and social bodies in Taejon area of south Korea held a press conference outside the Taejon city office on Feb. 9 to denounce the war threat ruckus by the U.S. and the Japanese authorities, according to the south Korean Internet newspaper Tongil News.

Speakers condemned U.S. Vice-President Pence and Japanese Prime Minister Abe for spraying ashes at other's event and undisguisedly hampering the improvement and development of inter-Korean relations while letting out a flurry of wild remarks and outbursts scuttling the Winter Olympics welcomed by all Koreans and the world peace-loving people.

In a press release the organization urged the U.S. and Japan not to cast a chill over the north and the south of Korea trying to join hands as they are responsible for the issue of the Korean peninsula.
