Message of Sympathy to Russian FM

| Pyongyang, February 13 (KCNA) -- Ri Yong Ho, foreign minister of the DPRK, sent a message of sympathy to his Russian counterpart Sergei Viktorovich Lavrov on Feb. 12 in connection with the passenger plane crash in Russia that claimed huge casualties. The message expressed deep sympathy and condolences to the Russian foreign minister and, through him, to the victims and the bereaved families. |
