Pyongyang, February 13 (KCNA) -- A congratulatory group of Koreans in Japan for celebrating the Day of the Shining Star arrived here Tuesday. The group is led by Ko Tok U, chairman of the Nishi Tokyo Headquarters of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan.
