On Wednesday Vietnamese Ambassador Pham Viet Hung and Russian Ambassador Alexandr Matsegora handed them to Ri Su Yong, member of the Political Bureau and vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, on behalf of the diplomatic corps and Alexei Bartusov, military attache of the Russian embassy who is doyen of the military attaches corps, handed them to Army General Pak Yong Sik, minister of the People's Armed Forces.
