They began in different parts of the capital city including the Monument to Party Founding and the plaza of the Arch of Triumph amid the playing of song "We Will Hold Our General in High Esteem".

The participants expressed highest glory to Kim Jong Il, who provided a solid foundation for eternal prosperity of the nation and future of a socialist power with his unique idea and distinguished leadership, while dancing.

Youth and students danced to the tune of such songs as "Our General Is the Best", "The General Star beyond the Clouds" and "Thunder over Jong Il Peak", with profound reverence for the fatherly general who built a youth power without an equal on this land.

They enthusiastically danced, full of conviction that thanks to respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, the great leaders' patriotic wishes for a powerful nation will surely come true, to the tunes of such songs as "Our Leader Loved by People" and "We Will Defend General Kim Jong Un with Our Lives".

On the same day, similar dancing parties took place in provincial seats, cities and counties.
