Lecture in Japan Marks Birth Anniversary of Kim Jong Il

Pyongyang, February 18 (KCNA) -- A lecture of the Central Standing Committee of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon) was given at the Korean Hall in Tokyo, Japan on Feb. 12 to celebrate the 76th birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il.

Present there were Chairman Ho Jong Man and vice-chairpersons of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, the chairman of the Central Audit Committee of Chongryon, officials of the Chongryon Central Standing Committee, leading officials of Chongryon organizations and business groups and officials of Chongryon headquarters in Kanto area.

Shown at the lecture meeting was a Korean documentary "Great Change", Part 2 of "Peerlessly Great Man Who Glorified Juche Era".

Then the participants heard a recorded lecture "Whole Life of Noble Devotion".

The lecture helped recollect the whole life of Kim Jong Il who had devotedly worked for the country and the people with the warmest love.
