The Japanese reactionaries are calling for "resuming as scheduled" the south Korea-U.S. joint military exercises, while giving off chilly air amid the continued reinforcement of the U.S. preemptive strike forces targeting the DPRK.

These moves are supported by the south Korean conservative forces steeped in the hatred toward the fellow countrymen in the north to the marrow of their bones.

A commentary of Minju Joson Tuesday says this is a revelation of the dirty intention to stem the present trend on the Korean Peninsula and ratchet up the tension again, which can never be overlooked.

The U.S., Japan and the puppet conservative forces are justifying their moves, crying out for the military drill "already scheduled" and "threat" from the DPRK. But this is childish tongue-wagging to keep aggravating the situation on the Korean Peninsula and meet their interests, the commentary notes, and goes on:

All facts clearly prove once again what the basic factor that has long prevented genuine peace and stability from settling in the Korean Peninsula and region is. The DPRK will never tolerate any acts of harassing peace and security on the peninsula but will resolutely counter them.

In case the tension rises again between the north and the south to cause irrevocable consequences, the U.S., Japan and the puppet conservative forces have to bear all blames.
