Attending it were Premier Pak Pong Ju, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the C.C., Workers' Party of Korea and vice-chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK, O Su Yong and other senior party and government officials, officials of ministries and national institutions and provincial, city and county party and power organs, officials in the field of forest restoration and land and environment protection and those concerned.

Also present were Pak Yong Sik and other officials of the armed forces organs.

The meeting analyzed and reviewed the results in carrying out the first-phase tasks for the forest restoration campaign and the successes and lessons gained in last year's general mobilization for land management, and discussed measures for achieving greater success in the work for this year.
