He noted that the New Year Address of Kim Jong Un is a highly important document as it carries his far-reaching plan and resolution and fighting strategy to usher in a new era of the country's prosperity by taking the historic victory in the building of the DPRK's nuclear force as a springboard for fresh progress.

Speakers at the seminar gave detailed explanations of the present context and the future of the standoff between the DPRK, which towered as a strategic state with dignity, and the U.S. and the struggle of all compatriots for making a breakthrough for independent reunification.
