The festival was held in the form of presentation and exhibition, divided into nine panels including machine industry, IT, metal and mining, energy and basic science. It was attended by teachers, researchers, postgraduates and students at the university.

Presented to the festival were more than 200 scientific research achievements and hi-tech products conductive to the integration of science and technology and economy.
