The letter said that Marshal Kim Jong Un invited a congratulatory group of Koreans in Japan before all others to celebrations of the birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il and bestowed boundless trust and loving care upon them, putting it forward on many honorable occasions, though he was very busy leading to victory the building of a powerful socialist country and a standoff with the U.S.

The days of the visit to the homeland which passed like a dream under the care of the great sun were unforgettable as we once again keenly felt pride and honor of being overseas citizens of the DPRK led by the greatest man in the world, the letter said.

It pointed out that the celebrations of the 76th birth anniversary of Kim Jong Il that rocked the whole planet were the most vivid expression of the noblest moral obligation of Kim Jong Un.

It said that Kim Jong Il will always be with us and the country of the great sun will prosper forever as we hold as our Supreme Leader in high esteem Kim Jong Un, who is a peerlessly great man demonstrating before the world the dignity and mightiness of Kim Il Sung's nation and Kim Jong Il's Korea.

It noted that we will resolutely defend and add luster to the immortal idea and exploits of the great leaders, pioneers of the Juche-oriented movement of overseas compatriots, as befit officials of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan (Chongryon), who grew up under the care of Kim Jong Il, and devote our lives to consolidating Chongryon into the overseas patriotic organization of Kim Jong Un.
