| Pyongyang, February 27 (KCNA) -- Foreign Minister of the DPRK Ri Yong Ho Tuesday sent a message of greeting to Miguel Octavio Vargas Maldonado, secretary of State for External Affairs of Dominica, on the occasion of the 174th anniversary of its independence. Expressing belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would grow stronger, the message wished the secretary success in his work. |
