The festival was held in the form of presentation, exhibition and exchange of new technology, divided into panels of architecture, city management, land and environment protection, construction engineering, construction management, architectural materials, construction machinery and IT.

Presented to it were more than 130 scientific and technological proposals, and successes and experience were exchanged during the festival.
