Taking part in the festival, held in Spain on Feb. 22-26, were acrobats from 18 countries and regions including the DPRK, Russia, Brazil, China and Cuba.

The DPRK acrobats were acclaimed by members of the festival organizing committee, acrobatic experts and spectators as they displayed their unique and refined skills in the physical acrobatics such as wire-dancing.

Their physical acrobatics "Flight on Iron Bar" and "Wire-dancing" won Gold Elephant Prize and "Handstand Etude" Silver Elephant Prize.

Three pieces given by the DPRK acrobats also won Popular Prize.
