The chairperson of the Branch of the Republic of Altay of the Russian Association for the Study of the Juche Idea lauded the ideo-theoretical exploits of Kim Jong Il who enriched and developed the immortal Juche idea into the guiding idea in the era of independence to clearly indicate the road ahead of the progressive mankind.
