The chief of the Group for the Study of the Juche Idea of Kyrgyzstan who doubles as chairman of the Central Council of the People Unity-"Kyrgyz El" Republican Political Party, praised Kim Jong Il for developing in depth the Juche idea founded by President Kim Il Sung into the guiding ideology in the era of independence.

The chairman of the Belarusian Association for the Study of the Juche Idea said that the DPRK won victory after victory in the political and military confrontation with the U.S. under the leadership of Kim Jong Il, the great thinker and theoretician and a man of action and general, adding that he is always remembered by the world progressives for his feats.

The secretary general of the Romania－Korea Friendship Association lauded Kim Jong Il as the great leader of the people who devoted his whole life to prosperity of the country and happiness of the people and as the peerlessly elder statesman who clearly indicated the road to be followed by the world socialist movement.

The general coordinator of the Federal Political Secretariat of the United Left Party of Venezuela praised Kim Jong Il for making great contribution to the Korean revolution and the implementation of the human cause of independence.
