The work, published on March 1, Juche 82 (1993), deals with the reactionary nature and falsity of the sophistry of the imperialists and the renegades of socialism calling socialism "totalitarian", "barracks-like" and "administrative and commanding".

It also elucidates the principled issues arising in defending and accomplishing the socialist cause, including the issue of making the people have an unshakable faith in socialism and regard it as their moral duty to defend it and the issue of giving full play to the advantages of socialism.

A ceremony of releasing the work took place at the publishing house on March 1.
