Korean Book, Photo, Fine Art Exhibitions Held in Different Countries

Pyongyang, March 11 (KCNA) -- Korean book, photo and fine art exhibitions were held in India, China, Venezuela, Nigeria and Uganda to mark the birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il. Displayed at the venues were photos showing the revolutionary activities of President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un. There were also works of the peerlessly great men, and books, photos and art pieces dealing with the reality of the DPRK and appearance of its people. Personages of various strata of the relevant countries, who went round the exhibitions, admired the struggle of the Korean people who are creating miracles and innovations in building a powerful socialist country under the leadership of the Workers' Party of Korea, demonstrating the country's dignity and prestige. Personages of India noted that they came to have a fresher understanding of the DPRK, the world progressives loving justice and peace are admiring the Korean people who are dynamically advancing along the road of independence and that the reality of the DPRK is the brilliant fruition of the wise leadership of the outstanding leaders. Personages of the political and public circles of Nigeria and Uganda emphasized that the noble image of Kim Jong Il is kept forever in the hearts of the progressives as well as the Korean people, praising him as a genuine people's leader and an outstanding elder statesman who made an immortal contribution to accomplishing the global independence. |
