It is the iron truth cherished in the course of the advancement of the DPRK shining with victory and glory that nothing will be un-surmountable if one lives in the revolutionary spirit of Mt Paektu, the spirit of blizzards of Mt Paektu.

Steadfast is the determination of the army and people of the DPRK to mercilessly meet the challenges of the hostile forces in the above-said spirit and to display to the full the dignity, might and invincibility of Juche Korea.

All the party members, service personnel and other people should fully display the revolutionary spirit of Mt Paektu, the spirit of blizzards of Mt Paektu in the on-going revolutionary general offensive for bringing the bright future of a powerful socialist country to this sacred land associated with the noble souls, breaths, blood and sweats of the anti-Japanese revolutionary forerunners.

Still far and difficult is the march of the Juche revolution that started in Mt Paektu, but firm is the faith of the army and people of the DPRK and bright is its future. The final victory is in store for Korea fighting in the revolutionary spirit of Mt Paektu, the spirit of blizzards of Mt Paektu.
