Kim Jong Un in his message warmly congratulated Xi Jinping upon his reelection as president of the PRC and chairman of the Central Military Commission of the PRC at the First Session of the 13th National People's Congress.

The message hoped that the Chinese people would achieve bigger success in building socialism with the Chinese characteristics for a new era under the guidance of the Communist Party of China with Xi Jinping at the core.

Expressing belief that the bilateral relations would develop in the common interests of the peoples of the two countries, the message wished the Chinese president big success in his responsible work.
