A vice-general secretary of the Islamic Coalition Party of Iran was elected chairman of the preparatory committee.

The committee set a celebration period from March 12 to April 18 and decided to organize colorful political and cultural events to praise the revolutionary career and exploits of the President and briskly conduct the work for introducing and disseminating the achievements gained by the Korean army and people in building a powerful socialist country under the guidance of respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un on the occasion of the Day of the Sun.
