Going round the Haeju Trailing Farm Machine Factory and the Ohyon Co-op Farm in Yonan County which are associated with leadership exploits of the peerless great men, the premier encouraged workers and agricultural workers busy with farm machine production and preparations for farming.

At consultative meetings, measures were taken to produce more farm machines through technical updating of production process and give fullest play to the advantages of a field-responsibility-system within the framework of sub-workteam management system and increase the double-cropping fields while intensifying the movement for high yield.
