The work, a congratulatory speech the Supreme Leader made on July 25, Juche 104 (2015), says that July 27 of Korea is the day of second liberation when the country's dignity and sovereignty were honorably defended from the U.S. imperialists' aggression and the holiday of victors who put the U.S. imperialists on a downhill march towards ruin.

It stresses that the fighting spirit and patriotic feats of the war veterans who dedicated their whole life to the country's independent reunification and prosperity would be eternally recorded in the history of the Korean people's heroic struggle.
