The gift was conveyed to Ro Tu Chol, vice-premier and chairman of the State Planning Commission, on Wednesday by Minister of Development of Far East Alexandr Galushka, chairman of the Russian side to the DPRK-Russia intergovernmental committee for cooperation in trade, economy and science and technology who is heading the Russian government economic delegation on a visit to the DPRK.
