Present there from the DPRK side were Minister of External Economic Relations Kim Yong Jae, chairman of the DPRK side to the committee, and officials concerned and from the Russian side were members of the Russian government economic delegation led by Minister of Development of Far East Alexandr Galushka, chairman of the Russian side to the committee, and Russian Ambassador to the DPRK Alexandr Matsegora.

The meeting discussed the matters of boosting the bilateral cooperation in trade, economy, science and technology.

That day a reception for the Russian delegation was given at Pyongyang Koryo Hotel.
