Int'l Preparatory Committee for Celebrating Day of Sun Formed

| Pyongyang, March 26 (KCNA) -- An international preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung (Day of the Sun) was inaugurated on March 18. Mikhail Panchenko, secretary general of the International Alliance of Societies for the Study of the Juche Idea and Songun Policy in East European and Central Asian Regions, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to organize political and cultural events praising the revolutionary career and exploits of the President in the run-up to his 106th birth anniversary. |
