Message of Sympathy to Russian President

Pyongyang, March 27 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, sent a message of sympathy to Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, president of the Russian Federation, on March 26 over the fire accident at a commercial centre in Kemerovo City of Russia that claimed huge casualties.

Kim Yong Nam in the message expressed deep sympathy and condolences to the president and, through him, to the victims and the bereaved families.

He hoped that the sorrow of the bereaved families and the aftermath of the accident would be eradicated as early as possible to return the life to normal.
