DPRK Government Delegation Leaves for Azerbaijan

Pyongyang, April 3 (KCNA) -- A DPRK government delegation headed by Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho left here Tuesday to participate in the foreign minister's conference of the non-aligned movement to be held in Azerbaijan and visit Russia and countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
