Present there were Ri Hye Jong, president of the Academy of Social Sciences, teachers, researchers, lecturers, journalists, editors and officials in the fields of science, education, press, preservation of revolutionary relics and party cadre training organs.

Presented to the seminar were papers that proved the revolutionary exploits of Kim Jong Il who developed the DPRK into a socialist state of Juche with invincible might.

The speakers stressed that Kim Jong Il is a peerlessly great man possessed of qualifications and traits as a state leader on the highest level.

He strengthened the DPRK government into a powerful political entity which guides in a bold way the army and people's heroic struggle for creation and construction, they noted.

They said that under his Songun leadership, the Korean People's Army had further strengthened into a powerful revolutionary army each soldier of which is a match for a hundred foes and which could reliably defend the security of the socialist country and its people.

They evinced their resolve to make active contributions to winning fresh victories on all fronts of building a powerful socialist country this year under the guidance of respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un while glorifying Kim Jong Il's idea and exploits for the building of a socialist state.
