Present there on the invitation were members of the south side art troupe headed by To Jong Hwan, minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Attending it were Kim Yong Chol, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, and officials concerned and artistes of the Samjiyon Orchestra.

The reception proceeded overflowing with compatriotic feelings.

That day a farewell reception was also given for the south side Taekwon-Do demonstration group.
