Even though the U.S. vociferates about "threats" from the DPRK, it seeks its own aim.

Its intention is to perfect the missile defense system, neutralize the military attack by its potential rivals China and Russia and mount a preemptive attack.

The U.S. administration designated China and Russia as "revisionist states" set to change the current world order and its rivals challenging its strength in its new national security strategy. In nuclear posture review it lowered the nuclear weapons use threshold.

No country will remain an onlooker to its security being threatened.

China and Russia have taken substantial countermeasures such as increasing military capabilities in order to cope with the U.S. moves.

The wave of arms race sweeping the world is further increasing the danger of a nuclear war.

As the U.S. is going to put the Asia-Pacific region under its control by force and put the world under its domination, the regional situation is being rendered unstable.
