Its opening ceremony took place at the People's Palace of Culture on Wednesday.

Present at the ceremony were Pak Kwang Ho, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Jon Kwang Ho, vice-premier of the Cabinet, officials concerned and working people in the city.
