The festival brought together more than 70 units selected from the committees at all levels of the Korean Association of Cooks.

It was divided into exhibitions of inventive dishes, compulsory dishes and sci-tech achievements in cooking and contests of serving dishes, practical skills and demonstration of cooks and waiters and waitresses and cooking skills of students whose major is culinary art.

Presented to it were more than 1,100 traditional foods, famous dishes, different kinds of drinks and sweet foods newly invented by servants across the country.
