The message said that the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea is very pleased over the fact that the Syrian army and people have achieved great successes in the struggle to protect the sovereignty, dignity and territorial integrity of the country under the leadership of President Bashar Al-Assad and the Baath Arab Socialist Party, extending firm support and solidarity to the just struggle of the Party.

Expressing belief that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the Workers' Party of Korea and the Baath Arab Socialist Party, forged through the common struggle for independence against imperialism, would invariably strengthen, the message sincerely wished the Baath Arab Socialist Party bigger successes in its just cause for peace, stability and prosperity of the country.
