Vital Balla, chairman of the Congolese Association for Friendship among Peoples, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee.

The committee set a celebration period from April 1 to 30 and decided to give wide publicity to the revolutionary career and feats of the President and the personality of the respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un as the great man through media and hold colorful political and cultural events such as meeting, lecture and film show in the period.
