Kim Il Sung Praised by Political Party of Benin

Pyongyang, April 10 (KCNA) -- President Kim Il Sung, who pioneered the era of independence and dedicated his whole life to the victorious advance of the human cause of independence, will always be alive in the hearts of the progressive peoples as the sun of Juche, stressed the Socialist Party of Benin in a statement on April 2 on the occasion of his birth anniversary.

Extending warm congratulations to the Korean people significantly celebrating the 106th birth anniversary of Kim Il Sung, the founder of socialist Korea and the eternal President of the DPRK, the statement said:

The President founded the Anti-Japanese People's Guerrilla Army and liberated the country by waging an armed struggle.

He built a socialist state which is demonstrating its might with independence in politics, self-support in the economy and self-reliance in national defence by leading socialist construction to victory and performed immortal exploits for global independence.
