Attending it were the secretary general of the International Kim Il Sung Prize Council, the director-general, the secretary general and directors of the IIJI, members of the Juche idea study organizations in Asia, Africa, Europe and Latin America, social personages of Mongolia and Japan, the DPRK ambassador to Mongolia and staff members of his embassy and a delegation of the Korean Association of Social Scientists.

At the event a decision of the International Kim Il Sung Prize Council was read out and a diploma, medal and souvenir were awarded to Ramon Jimenez Lopez.

He said that the awarding of the prize is his greatest honor, expressing his resolve to conduct more vigorously the study and dissemination of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism brightly illuminating the road ahead of mankind.

Congratulatory speeches were made by Mukesh Sharma, secretary general of the International Kim Il Sung Prize Council, and Kenichi Ogami, secretary general of the IIJI.
