Japan Urged to Control Its Tongue
Pyongyang, April 11 (KCNA) -- Japan's Foreign Minister Kono at a recent lecture talked rubbish that "one should not respond in haste to the DPRK's charm offensive", "there is no need to hurry" and "the DPRK may take advantage of it".

Commenting on his remarks, Rodong Sinmun Wednesday says:

The Japanese newspaper Asahi Shimbun reported that "Japan fears it might be isolated in the hot wind of diplomacy in Northeast Asia". Meanwhile, a member of the House of Representatives of Japan expressed displeasure over the incompetence of the government, saying Japanese people are concerned that Japan is left alone in Northeast Asia.

Kono's remarks are no more than grumbling by the lonely island nation which was sidelined under the developing regional situation.

Japan is worrying about the fact that it is being isolated in Northeast Asia by the rapidly changing situation focusing on the DPRK.

Now those countries related to the issue of the Korean Peninsula make diplomatic efforts to join in the good development of the situation in the region.

However, only Japan is reeling off the reckless confrontation remarks which will get nowhere, going against the trend of the times. That's why Japan is to be censured by the public at home and abroad as a senseless one with poor thinking ability.

Japan is being more ignored like foam in the kaleidoscopic regional situation.

Japan would be well advised to control its tongue.
