Minju Joson Slams Japanese Reactionaries' Moves to Distort History
Pyongyang, April 11 (KCNA) -- Recently the Japanese government disclosed the guidelines on teaching for senior middle schools in which Tok Islets are designated as "territory belonging to Japan". Therefore, the claim for the "dominium over Tok Islets" has been openly included in the guidelines on teaching for senior middle schools in the wake of the similar step for the junior middle schools last year.

Minju Joson Wednesday in a commentary says this shows the sinister intention of the Japanese reactionaries to justify their seizure of Tok Islets by instilling the idea that those islets are "Japan's territory" into the Japanese nationals and the international community by whatever means and methods.

The aim is to imbue the rising generation with the "pride" about Japan's history of aggression along with the ambition for seizure of other's territory and thus use them as a shock brigade in realizing the ambition for aggression of the continent, the commentary notes, and goes on:

It will ruin the future of Japan for the Japanese reactionaries to instill the distorted view on history into the new generation, being mad about realizing the ambition for continental aggression.

In the last century the Japanese militarists instilled the aggression idea of the "Greater East Asia Co-prosperity Sphere" into many young and middle-aged men and hurled them as a shock brigade for executing their design for continental aggression, but in the end Japan sustained disgrace as a defeated nation.

The Japanese reactionaries will only face a bitter end if they try to make the inglorious history repeat itself, being oblivious of the lesson of history.

They should behave themselves, mindful that their anachronistic act of tampering with history is as foolish an act as leading the country to the final destruction.
