Presented to the show, divided into public service, foreign service and foodstuff factory fields, were more than 2,260 pieces of over 790 kinds created by 60 units.

Cooks and skilled persons from across the country created sweet and biscuit sculptures of various themes by use of various methods of representation.

The Okryu Restaurant presented "Chestnut", "Corn Harvest" and other sweet sculptures and the Chongryu Restaurant presented personified animal sculptures high in dietary value and strong in impression.

Those presented by the Haebangsan Hotel, the Kumkop General Foodstuff Factory for Sportspeople, the Pyongyang Cornstarch Factory and the Kumsong Foodstuff Factory were highly estimated by visitors for their wonderful taste, high nutritional value and sophisticated formative artistry.

There was a demonstration show of talented cooks and skilled persons, who wonderfully produced sculptures within set time with their skillful performance.
