The festival, the theme of which is the domestic production of raw and other materials and equipment and the integration of science and technology and economy, will be attended by officials and working people of the units selected at the festivals of science and technology of committees, ministries, national institutions and every province (municipality).

The festival will be divided into more than 20 panels such as electricity, metal, chemistry, machine, coal, construction and IT and bio-engineering. Scientific and technological achievements made in the efforts for carrying out the five-year strategy for national economic development will be displayed and presented at the festival.

There will be exchanges of new technologies and products.
