Upon the authorization by the king and the great queen, a delegation of the Cambodian Ministry of Royal Palace led by Kong Sam Ol, deputy prime minister for Royal Palace, laid the floral baskets before the portraits of smiling President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il and paid tribute to them.

Kong Sam Ol said that he regards it as an honor the delegation paid a congratulatory visit to the DPRK embassy on the occasion of the 106th birth anniversary of Kim Il Sung, and went on:

The king and the great queen authorized me to pay high tribute to HE the great Generalissimo Kim Il Sung most ardently revered by the Cambodian people on the occasion of the auspicious Day of the Sun.

They also authorized me to convey their warm wishes to HE Kim Jong Un, chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, and all the Korean people.

I wholeheartedly wish HE Kim Jong Un, the Supreme Leader of the Korean people, good health and happiness and hope that he would lead the country and people to a brilliant victory and prosperity.
