The bulletin in an article titled "The Day of the Sun" said that Kim Il Sung, who was born at a revolutionary and patriotic family, embarked upon the road of revolution in his teens and defeated the gangster-like Japanese imperialists, liberated the country and turned the DPRK into a socialist country, independent in politics, self-supporting in economy and self-reliant in national defence.
