The respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un congratulated the Chinese art troupe led by Song Tao upon its successful visit to the DPRK under the special care and expectation of the two parties and two governments and highly appreciated the efforts of the Chinese comrades who brilliantly decorated the 31st April Spring Friendship Art Festival.

He said the art troupe's visit to the DPRK this time was the very good one which brought about excellent results in the good period and that it further strengthened the special ties and deepened feelings of mutual respect between the two parties and two peoples of the DPRK and China and set a good model of cultural and art exchange between the DPRK and China.

Song Tao said with deep emotion that the Korean people most warmly and grandly welcomed them with fraternal feelings of intimacy wherever they went, adding that through the visit they warmly felt the particular and kind feelings of the WPK and Korean people toward the Chinese party and people.

Kim Jong Un said that the Central Committee of the WPK would in the future continue to work hard to further boost the political trust between the two parties and two countries and develop the DPRK-China relations at a fresh high level on the basis of the traditional friendship and unity as required by the new era.

He exchanged with Song Tao in-depth views on several matters for activating exchanges and visits in different fields and further boosting the strategic and tactical cooperation between the two parties.

He asked Song Tao to certainly convey his warm greetings to General Secretary Xi Jinping, the greatest friend and closest comrade of the Korean people, who sent the art troupe in the significant period and greatly delighted the Korean people, and to the Chinese people.
