The certificate of choosing Kim Jong Un as a man of 2017 was conveyed to So Ho Won, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries who took part in the inaugural ceremony of the organizing committee for International Festival in Praise of the Great Persons of Mt Paektu held in Minsk, Belarus on April 11.
