Displayed at the venue of the ceremony were works of President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and the respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.

Attending the ceremony were personages of the maritime territorial regional committee and the Association for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism of Russia in the Far East Region, and other people and officials of the DPRK mission in Vladivostok.

Dolgachev, first secretary of the Maritime Territorial Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation who doubles as chairman of the Association for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism of Russia in the Far East Region, said that he regarded it as the great honor to receive the immortal works of the peerlessly great men of the DPRK on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Kim Il Sung, the common holiday of mankind. The works will become the good textbooks for the Russian people longing for the DPRK and aspiring after socialism, he added.
